Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to work directly with Personyze customers - Contract to Hire

Conversion Optimization Specialist (Managed Services – SaaS)

We’re looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to work directly with Personyze.com customers as part of our managed services offering.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You’ll help customers design, launch, and optimize A/B tests and personalization campaigns using the Personyze platform to improve engagement and conversions.

What you’ll do

• Work with customers to understand their business goals, funnels, and KPIs.
• Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests (messaging, layout, UX, offers, targeting).
• Set up website personalization experiences using Personyze (audience targeting, behavioral rules, segmentation).
• Translate customer goals into clear hypotheses and test plans.
• Monitor experiment performance and interpret results.
• Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Iterate and continuously improve experiments based on data.
• Act as a CRO advisor — not just a tool operator.

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in conversion rate optimization and experimentation.
• Practical experience running A/B tests for SaaS, ecommerce, or content-heavy websites.
• Solid understanding of:
• Funnels and user journeys
• Behavioral targeting and segmentation
• UX/UI optimization principles
• Statistical significance and test validity
• Ability to clearly explain test results and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working directly with customers.
• Native-level English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with personalization platforms (Personyze, Optimizely, VWO, Dynamic Yield, etc.).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.).
• Background in growth marketing or product optimization.
• Experience working with managed services or agency-style client delivery.
