### Overview

We are seeking a results-driven **Affiliate Marketing Specialist** to create affiliate revenues for a pregnancy/baby website with an established brand name. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with parenting/mom content and know how to leverage both established social and email assets for maximum ROI. This is a remote, part-time contract for **at least 3 months**, with the potential for extension based on performance.

### Role Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 3+ month **affiliate marketing plan**, including campaigns across our website, email, and social platforms
• Optimize existing content and create new, high-converting affiliate posts (articles, roundups, reviews, etc.)
• Identify, apply to, and manage affiliate programs suited to the parenting/mom audience (e.g., Amazon Associates, parenting online courses, family products, apps)
• Build and monitor email campaigns targeting segments of our mailing list for affiliate promotions
• Proactively recommend and implement SEO strategies to grow organic search traffic to drive affiliate sales
• Track and report on affiliate revenue, traffic/conversions, and campaign performance monthly

### Required Skills & Experience

• Proven affiliate marketing and SEO experience—preferably in the parenting, mom, or family lifestyle niche
• Demonstrable track record increasing website revenues or growing affiliate programs for publishers
• Experience building and segmenting email campaigns, preferably with Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar
• Strong copywriting skills for blog, email, and social content
• Ability to identify and join relevant affiliate programs/networks
• Data-driven: comfortable using analytics to evaluate performance and refine strategies
• Strong communication and self-management skills

### Preferred Qualifications

• Prior success growing affiliate revenue for a high-traffic Facebook page or email list
• Knowledge of latest SEO/affiliate marketing best practices and compliance (FTC, platform rules)
• Familiarity with social channels (X.com, Pinterest, Instagram) for content amplification
• Experience working remotely and delivering on clear KPIs/deliverables

### Work Structure & Deliverables

• **Time commitment:** 10–20 hours/week (flexible; based on proposal and experience)
• **Contract length:** Minimum 3 months (with review/extension based on results)
• **Reporting:** Weekly progress updates, monthly results reports (traffic, revenue, campaigns)
• **Performance metrics:** Growth in affiliate revenues, campaign engagement, organic traffic
