The Role

We are looking for a Media Buyer who lives and breathes the auction. You won't just be pushing buttons; you’ll be a key architect in our scaling machine. You’ll be responsible for deploying capital efficiently across Meta, TikTok, and Google to drive massive growth for our portfolio.

Your Mission

Full-Funnel Execution: Setup, manage, and scale paid campaigns with a focus on high ROAS and low CPA.

Rapid Testing: Execute rigorous A/B testing frameworks for creatives, hooks, and landing pages.

Data Intelligence: Analyze attribution and post-click data to make real-time scaling decisions (moving budgets to winners, killing losers).

Creative Strategy: Collaborate with our creative team to brief high-converting UGC and motion graphics based on winning data patterns.

Reporting: Keep the ship transparent. Provide clear, concise performance updates and actionable insights.

Who You Are

Proven Track Record: You have managed at least $50k–$100k/month in spend (and can prove the results).

Platform Expert: You know the Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager better than your own neighborhood.

The "Wealthy" Mindset: You are proactive, obsessed with numbers, and you don't wait for permission to optimize.

Technical Savvy: You understand tracking (CAPI, pixels, UTMs) and how to navigate the post-iOS 14 landscape.
