E-commerce Sales & Operations Manager

We have a high-potential product that is ready for the spotlight. Currently, we are not maximizing our online presence, and we are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Sales Manager to take the reins. This isn’t just a "listing" job—this is an opportunity to build and execute a growth strategy for a product we believe in.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to increase online volume and maximize product value across various digital marketplaces.
- Listing Optimization: Create, manage, and optimize product listings (including SEO-driven descriptions and high-quality imagery) to ensure high conversion rates.
- Operations & Logistics: Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment process, including inventory management and domestic/international shipping coordination.
- Verification & Compliance: Manage all necessary online verification processes, ensuring the product meets platform standards and maintains a high-trust rating with customers.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales data and trends to adjust strategies in real-time for maximum ROI.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: A track record of successfully selling products online (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar marketplaces).
- Strategic Mindset: You don’t just follow instructions; you look at the landscape and tell us how we can win.
- Detail-Oriented: You understand that "online verification" and shipping logistics are the backbone of a successful digital business.
- Ownership: You are comfortable taking full responsibility for the sales cycle from the first click to the final delivery.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce SEO and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with logistics software or third-party fulfillment services.
- Strong communication skills for handling customer inquiries and platform disputes.
