We’re launching a new, high-impact SEO project, and we're looking for a skilled SEO Account Manager/Specialist to help lead the charge.
Responsibilities
As an SEO Account Manager/Specialist, you will
Serve as the primary point of contact for SEO clients, managing communication, reporting, and strategy alignment.
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with client goals and drive organic growth.
Conduct technical audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink analysis.
Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to implement SEO best practices across digital properties.
Monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Deliver regular performance reports and strategy recommendations to stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, task prioritization, and expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills
1+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
Proven ability to manage multiple SEO accounts simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Analytics, GSC).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in client-facing roles within an agency setting.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
Understanding of local SEO and international SEO practices.
Google Analytics and/or HubSpot certifications.
Background in content strategy or digital PR is a plus.
