E-Commerce Manager

Hours: 40–45 hours per week; weekends and seasonal hours as needed
Reporting To: Directors of Wholesale Operations & E-Commerce
Location: Corporate West Chester Warehouse
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead and grow our online business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, customer experience, and brand presentation. You will oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, corporate and bulk gifting programs, fulfillment, inventory, and website management—while serving as a key ambassador of our brand.
The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, customer-focused, and excited to take ownership of a fast-growing e-commerce channel.
What You'll Do
Oversee and manage , including retail and gifting operations Create and maintain compelling website content aligned with company strategy Monitor site functionality, pricing accuracy, and overall performance Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms Stay current with e-commerce trends and competitor activity
Corporate & Bulk Gifting Programs
Lead and execute corporate and bulk gifting initiatives Serve as the primary point of contact for all gifting inquiries Coordinate pricing accuracy across website, menus, and inventory Manage shipping and gifting supply inventory (ribbons, boxes, labels, etc.) Collaborate with leadership on approval and execution of large bulk orders
Team Leadership & Fulfillment Operations
Manage e-commerce fulfillment, gifting staff, and seasonal team members Create weekly schedules and daily production plans Ensure all orders are prepared accurately, beautifully, and shipped on time Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Marketing & Collaboration
Partner with the Director of Marketing to drive web traffic and sales growth Collaborate with Marketing, Purchasing, Culinary, and Communications teams Support social media and content initiatives with product coordination
Inventory Management
Track daily inventory in Fishbowl for shipped and in-store gifting items Monitor usage of e-commerce inventory such as sauces, pasta, and gift items Track and document all samples sent to partner companies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or a similar operations role Experience with inventory management systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite Highly organized, self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Commitment to continuous learning in e-commerce best practices
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, nights, and holidays during peak seasons Comfortable working in a warehouse and fulfillment environment
