Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions across multiple digital channels. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to optimize campaign performance and achieve measurable results. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and supporting our business growth objectives.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Optimize landing pages and content for conversion using best practices in conversion optimization and performance marketing.
  • Manage content creation including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and other content management systems.
  • Oversee website management through WordPress or similar CMS platforms, ensuring content is current and optimized for SEO.
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL, and other analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and improve customer engagement through email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media management efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support B2B marketing initiatives and e-commerce strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEM, Google AdWords, JavaScript, HTML/CSS enhancements, and emerging tools to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO tools, SEM campaigns, Google Ads/Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress along with HTML/CSS skills; JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) for graphic design and content creation.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools.
  • Ability to perform keyword research and utilize SEO best practices for organic growth.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for compelling content that drives engagement.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for B2B marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from various sources to optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred; relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
