Marketing Operations Manager - Marketing and Communications 3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Southeast Missouri State University Salary: Depends on Qualifications Job Type: Full-Time Job Number: 202500158 Location: Cape Girardeau, MO Department: Marketing and Communications Closing Position Summary Marketing Operations Manager University Marketing and Communications Full-Time Southeast Missouri State University's Marketing and Communication's (Marcom) office seeks a talented Marketing Operations Manager responsible for supporting all marketing and communications efforts. The role assists with marketing budgets, manages contracts, plans events, and supports a wide variety of marketing projects. The Operations Manager will collaborate with a dynamic Marketing & Communications team to positively affect the achievement of SEMO's strategic and enrollment goals. Primary Responsibilities Draft, manage, streamline, and execute all marketing contracts, agreements, and processes in collaboration with the Assistant Vice President for Marcom Work with the AVP to manage payments, purchasing, budgets, and reconciliation reports across multiple funding sources and accounts while ensuring adherence to University and state policies Support Marketing & Communications' operations including collaborating with the Marcom team on project design, editing, writing, as well as marketing event planning and execution, and tracking and reporting of marketing campaign and performance metrics as needed Manage the editorial calendar for the SEMO Blog, working with a team of professional and student writers Serve as a division/college marketing liaison to assist in development and achievement of enrollment marketing and strategic University goals Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of all University trademarks in compliance with legal requirements and University policies, overseeing the renewal process from initiation to completion Manage renewals and subscriptions for the Marketing & Communications marketing tech stack Enthusiastically collaborate with team members to achieve University goals, create effective campaigns, and elevate the SEMO brand Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree; Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications is a plus Demonstrated experience developing marketing and communications materials in a variety of media Ability to work with University payment software and understanding of the budget process Understanding of branding principles and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite Experience in event planning and brand experience Superb attention to detail and proofreading skills Excellent written, communications, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Superior time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and the discipline to deliver projects Required Information & Deadline Application Deadline: To ensure full consideration, application materials must be received by July 8, 2025 .
