Key Responsibilities
Implement systematic marketing operations to translate the brand positioning into actionable and measurable campaigns.
Develop and manage structured workflows (ClickUp, HubSpot), content calendars, and campaign timelines across organic and paid channels. (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google ads)
Define clear KPIs and performance metrics, track outcomes consistently, and optimize campaigns based on analytical insights.
Ensure accountability and high-quality execution through precise project management and detailed follow-up.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Art Director, Designer, and Editor, to ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing assets.
Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently, maximizing impact within designated spend.
Clearly communicate and coordinate marketing objectives and timelines with agency partners, vendors, and freelance crews, ensuring alignment and efficient resource management.
