About the Role: As the Social Media Manager, you will: Spearhead comprehensive social media strategies and implementation across multiple client accounts. Lead a small team to execute organic and paid campaigns that drive measurable engagement. Act as the senior community manager and collaborate across disciplines. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging tools and platform updates into strategies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop monthly marketing plans and editorial calendars aligned with clients’ brand goals. Content Management: Oversee organic content creation and integrate campaigns across platforms. Community Management: Serve as the senior community manager while mentoring entry level staff. Benchmarking: Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to inform client strategies. Performance Optimization: Analyze social media performance metrics to identify engagement opportunities and refine campaigns.
