Our client provides end-to-end ITAD and product lifecycle support, including procurement, component sourcing, excess inventory management, and resale of laptops, desktops, and computing hardware.
Their Amazon catalog spans a strategic mix of 40% new and 60% refurbished products, creating unique challenges and opportunities around pricing, conversion, advertising efficiency, and inventory velocity.
As the E-Commerce Manager, you will own and execute the complete Amazon strategy across these high-revenue accounts, with a clear mandate: Optimize performance, scale profitably, and turn complexity into competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Amazon marketplace strategy for three customers selling high-volume electronics
- Drive sustainable growth across new and refurbished SKUs, balancing margin, velocity, and customer trust
- Optimize Listings for Conversion & Rank
- Take full ownership of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Use Data to Drive Decisions
- Align pricing and promotions with inventory realities, lifecycle stage, and condition (new vs. refurbished)
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who wants to operate at scale, influence strategy, and directly control outcomes.
