Currently, Ripple Brands is comprised of two companies: We Are The Ripple (WATR), a drinkware company that donates 10% of all sales to build clean water solutions in at schools Eastern Africa and Headbands of Hope, where for each product sold, a headband is donated to a child with illness. This has led to the building of over 20 wells providing water for over 25,000 children in Africa and donations of over 1.2 Million headbands throughout the United States and 22 Countries.

Key Responsibilities

· Content Creation & Strategy

o Develop and manage a content calendar across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook,etc.) Ensure proper coverage and execution of key strategic events through social media channels including: new product drops, promotional offerings, tradeshow coverage and mission impact moments.

o Create and optimize short-form videos, imagery, and written content aligned with brand voice and campaign.

o Identify and adapt to emerging social media trends, tools, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant.

o Collaborate with team members and outside resources to develop creative concepts and storytelling moments to support all social channels as needed.

· Social Media Management

o Manage day-to-day social publishing, community engagement, and audience interaction.

o Monitor and respond to audience feedback, comments, and brand mentions to foster authentic relationships.

o Track and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, growth) and provide actionable insights.

· Influencer & Creator Partnerships

o Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and creators that align with brand values and goals.

o Coordinate influencer content approvals, timelines, and deliverables.

o Measure and report on influencer campaign performance and ROI.

· Optimization & Growth

o Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to test, learn, and refine content strategies.

o Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and adjust tactics to drive visibility and engagement.

o Collaborate on paid social strategies and assist in managing organic-to-paid integration.

· Other Responsibilities

o Email campaign support as needed through social media developed content.

o Website support regarding imagery and blog content as generated from corresponding social media content development

o Tradeshow/event attendance and support as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

· 3–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (agency or brand side)

· Photography and videography knowledge and experience

· Strong storytelling, writing, and creative concepting skills

· Experience working with influencers or managing creator partnerships

· Proficiency in social media management and analytics platforms

· Familiarity with photo/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, AI tools etc.)

· Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously with both inside and outside resources

· Passion for community building and understanding social culture and trends

· Experience with mission-driven or lifestyle consumer brands

· Strong sense of aesthetics and tone consistency

· Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making

· Self-starter mindset with an eye for detail and brand voice
