The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) provides executive leadership for all marketing strategy, brand development, and revenue-driving initiatives.
This role shapes the brand's voice and value proposition across all channels—including digital, advertising, in-store marketing, PR, social media, and email—to increase awareness, guest traffic, and sales.
The CMO oversees marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and internal teams while partnering closely with franchisees and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead brand positioning, campaign development, and promotional initiatives.
Oversee marketing budget, brand development fund, and agency/vendor relationships.
Collaborate with Franchisees, Operations, Technology, and Training teams on key initiatives.
Leverage consumer insights, data analytics, CRM systems, and automation tools to drive growth.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
Lead PR, social media, and external communications, including crisis management.
Supervise, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Hospitality, or related field.
15+ years of marketing experience, with significant senior leadership experience.
With Experiential dining concept background
Digital marketing expertise, including CRM and analytics platforms.
Restaurant, retail, or franchise experience preferred.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and business acumen.
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Travel
Travel as required for meetings and company functions.
