Program Manager, Business Transformation (SAP S/4HANA)

Are you a high-impact leader who excels at connecting strategy to execution? We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to support a multi-year, enterprise SAP S/4HANA business transformation. This is a long-term contract role (through January 2028) based at our client's headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.

In this role, you will operate within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), acting as the vital connector between business priorities and technical delivery. You will oversee a portfolio of initiatives with a heavy focus on end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Portfolio Governance: Maintain the transformation portfolio plan, including sequencing, milestones, and risk management for OTC initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Business and Process Owners to clarify objectives, success measures, and decision ownership.
• Integration Coordination: Align business priorities with SAP/IT technical delivery plans and third-party System Integrators.
• Business Readiness: Coordinate enterprise-level readiness activities, including baselining, planning, and participation in design and testing.
• Risk & Value Tracking: Shift reporting from simple task completion to business capability and outcome visibility, maintaining a high-level view of dependencies.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• SAP Expertise: 3–5 years supporting SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) transformations.
• Domain Knowledge: Direct experience supporting Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes (Order Management, Pricing, Billing, AR) in an SAP environment.
• Leadership Style: Ability to influence without authority and a "business-first" approach to problem-solving.

Role Details

• Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid).
• Duration: Contract through January 2028.
• Schedule: 40 hours/week.
• Compensation: $85-$91/hr. (DOE).
