Role Overview

As our E-Commerce Marketing Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our brand and the vibrant 55+ community, crafting campaigns that inspire and drive engagement across digital platforms. You’ll play a key role in building awareness, strengthening our brand, and driving sales as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch targeted e-commerce campaigns for Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces
• Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to boost visibility and attract new customers
• Lead content creation and management, ensuring messaging resonates with our audience and supports SEO goals
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Build and nurture online communities, especially on YouTube and Facebook, to foster engagement and loyalty
• Collaborate across teams to adapt strategies and achieve business milestones

Required Experience

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Marketplace) and digital advertising (Google Ads) tailored for the 55+ demographic
• Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and analytics tools
• Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for measurable results
