Director of Growth Marketing

Nevly is a forward-thinking organization on a mission to empower individuals with smart financial products. As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be the first full‐time hire in the marketing department, playing a pivotal role in developing and executing data-driven growth strategies while working cross-functionally with product, design, and strategy teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns including content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party agencies to create a unified growth marketing strategy.
- Design performance marketing campaigns aimed at driving revenue and achieving strategic business objectives.
- Create and test campaign messages, landing pages, and lead nurturing initiatives to optimize conversions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and new product features to refine strategies.
- Leverage analytic tools to continuously enhance the effectiveness of growth marketing efforts.
- Implement and monitor metrics and reporting to iterate and improve marketing initiatives.
- Establish and manage standards and best practices for campaigns, marketing operations, MarTech, and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Six plus years of experience in consumer-facing growth and/or demand generation.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful consumer growth campaigns.
- Performance-oriented with extensive experience in building reporting systems and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, while taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Prior experience in building and managing a team.
- Intellectually curious, highly accountable, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Additional Compensation: Role eligible for commission based compensation
