Develop and implement innovative social media strategies and campaigns to promote NBCUniversal television shows and brand.

Create and maintain social media content calendars, ensuring timely and engaging posts across all platforms.

Monitor social media trends and best practices to continuously improve and optimize our social media presence.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute cross-platform social media campaigns.

Engage and interact with our social media community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.

Assist with the creation of social media assets, including graphics, videos, and written content.

Manage social media partnerships and influencer collaborations.

Work closely with the digital marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Help develop and maintain brand voice and tone across all social media platforms.

Monitor and manage social media budgets and expenses.

Collaborate with the social media team to plan and execute live social coverage of events and premieres.

Support the social media team in maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand image across all digital platforms.

Continuously seek out new ways to engage and expand our audience on social media.

Stay informed on emerging social media platforms and make recommendations for potential expansion.

Train and mentor junior team members on social media best practices and procedures.

Act as a liaison between the social media team and other departments within the company to ensure cohesive and effective communication.
