E-Commerce Manager

Currently servicing over 1,000 independent retail locations across the USA.

Looking to expand our value offering on E-Commerce.

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our online sales strategies. You will leverage your expertise in e-commerce platforms to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Target.com, Ebay.com, TikTok Shop etc as well as supporting automation tools, along with a passion for e-commerce and technology.

Responsibilities

• Upload, edit and maintain listings across all platforms.
• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platforms
• Monitor Account Health performance to ensure we are meeting/exceeding our expectations.
• Analyze traffic and sales data to identify trends and optimize product offerings.
• Work with daily deal sites to curate the right deals based on pricing and assortment
• Set up and manage accounts with new, emerging, marketplaces.

Experience

• Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a strong understanding of online sales strategies.
• Familiarity with JavaScript is a plus for optimizing website functionality.
• Hard-working, resourceful, self-motivated, detailed, and responsible.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to collaborate effectively.
• Inventive and proactive in designing and implementing new processes to continually streamline the department and suggest new ideas on a regular basis.
