Position Overview
The Marketing Design & Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for developing high-impact visual and digital marketing materials that strengthen brand awareness and support business growth.
This role blends graphic design, digital marketing execution, content creation, and campaign coordination. You will collaborate with product development, sales, marketing leadership, and digital partners to deliver cohesive campaigns across print and digital platforms.
This position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Brand Development
- Design product brochures, sales decks, one-pagers, and marketing collateral.
- Create downloadable content, product guides, and branded presentations.
- Develop print advertising materials and promotional assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design work.
Digital Marketing & HubSpot Execution
- Design and support HubSpot email campaigns and landing pages.
- Assist with blog design, SEO-focused content layout, and CRM campaign materials.
- Collaborate with digital agencies and marketing partners.
- Support email marketing, content scheduling, and analytics reporting.
Social Media & Digital Content
- Create social media graphics and campaign assets.
- Support website updates and digital asset management.
- Assist with photography, video editing (if applicable), and content development.
- Manage and organize digital content across platforms.
Campaign Coordination & Reporting
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Track campaign performance metrics.
- Recommend improvements to increase engagement and ROI.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting related to marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing and graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Print design
- Digital marketing assets
- Campaign execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot (email campaigns, landing pages, blogs).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing analytics.
- Experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere or similar).
- Copywriting and brand storytelling experience.
- Experience working in manufacturing, building products, or B2B marketing environments.
