Marketing Analyst (Remote - US)
About the Role
WithMe is looking for a Marketing Analyst to support our Marketing team with reporting, analytics, and campaign performance tracking. You’ll work closely with Growth, Brand, and Product Marketing, as well as the Revenue Operations team, to provide insights and optimize lead performance across the funnel. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and is fully remote.
What You’ll Do
Maintain dashboards with insights to optimize full-funnel marketing performance
Analyze campaign results, A/B tests, and CRO performance across website and channels
Conduct TAM/SAM/SOM analysis and maintain customer segmentation models
Audit daily lead data for quality and CRM accuracy
Build and automate dashboards using Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Looker/Tableau
Standardize attribution models and measure campaign ROI
Partner with Sales on lead flow and funnel alignment
Document analytics processes and train team members
Recommend tools or automations to improve analytics operations
What You’ll Bring
2+ years in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations
Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Excel
Experience with attribution modeling and CRO
Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) and integration platforms
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to translate data into insights for non-technical stakeholders
Excellent communication and self-management skills in a remote setting
