As the business continues to grow across digital channels, E-commerce plays an increasingly central role in how customers discover, engage with and shop our range.
We operate across three core platforms
- The London Graphic Centre website
- Amazon marketplace
- Canvas Store (our specialist canvas channel)
This role leads the performance, strategy and development of all three.
What is the role?
The E-Commerce Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day execution that keeps our digital channels accurate, compelling and commercially effective.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone organised, detail-driven and eager to build a career in E-commerce.
You will work across the London Graphic Centre website, Amazon and Canvas Store, ensuring our product presentation and content reflect the quality of our brand.
As a lean team, adaptability and a willingness to step beyond defined responsibilities are essential.
What will your key responsibilities be?
- Product & Content Management
- Upload and maintain product listings
- Enrich product data to improve SEO and conversion
- Write clear, engaging product and category copy
- Source, edit and upload imagery
- Maintain category structures
- Optimise product ordering and recommendations
- Support promotional activity and seasonal campaigns
- Upload banners, landing pages and blog content
- Conduct regular site checks to ensure accuracy
- Identify and resolve content issues quickly
- Assist with listing creation and optimisation
- Monitor content quality
- Support pricing updates and promotional activity
- Produce weekly performance reports
- Maintain data accuracy across platforms
- Support stock visibility and availability
- Suggest enhancements to UX and merchandising
- Stay curious about digital trends and competitor

What skills are we looking for?
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify or similar)
- Basic SEO understanding
- Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
