Kuul Recovery Club is a modern wellness and athletic recovery center located in South Jordan, UT. We provide comprehensive, accessible recovery solutions designed for active individuals and athletes. Our unique membership model offers Recovery without limits – meaning no appointments are needed, there are no time limits per session, and all our tools are included under one simple plan.

Our state-of-the-art facility features a low-light setting and provides over 20 cutting-edge modalities. These include invigorating cold plunge pools (with sleek black tubs), tranquil infrared and traditional saunas, mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), targeted Red Light Therapy, compression therapy, Smart Cupping, and a full suite of massage and mobility tools. Our goal is to help every individual Recover Like a Pro! by optimizing performance, accelerating healing, and enhancing overall well-being.

The Role

We're seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to build and drive Kuul Recovery Club's online presence from the ground up. This is a hands-on, part-time role that blends strategic thinking with consistent content creation and paid ad management. You'll be instrumental in shaping our brand's voice, engaging our community, and attracting new members as we launch and grow. This role requires being in-studio a couple of times a week for content capture.

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Creation:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with Kuul's brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Plan, capture (through filming/photography in-studio a couple of times a week), edit, and produce compelling visual content (Reels, Stories, posts, short-form videos) 3-5 times a week, sometimes more for special events.
  • Write engaging and brand-consistent copy for all social media platforms.
  • Paid Advertising Management:
  • Create, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook/Instagram Ads) to drive leads and membership sales.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and implement A/B testing for continuous improvement.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and on-brand manner.
  • Identify opportunities for community interaction and influencer collaboration (working within provided guidelines).
  • Brand Promotion & Growth:
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform changes, and competitor activities to ensure Kuul's content remains fresh and effective.
  • Work closely with the founder to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and community outreach plans.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key social media metrics and ad campaign performance.

Has a proven track record in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing compelling content creation (especially video). You are a strategic thinker who understands how to translate business goals into engaging social campaigns and measurable results through paid advertising. You are highly creative, proactive, and trend-savvy, with excellent communication and organizational skills. A genuine passion for health, wellness, and athletic recovery, along with an understanding of our unique 'Recovery without limits' ethos, is essential.
