Join our dynamic team as an E-Commerce Grocery Shopper, where you'll enjoy selecting and gathering high-quality products for our customers' online orders. Your attention to freshness and detail will ensure a delightful shopping experience. You'll assemble orders, process payments, and provide exceptional customer service that keeps customers coming back for more.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and gather products for online orders with a focus on quality and freshness.
• Assemble customers' orders and handle checkout procedures using our point of sale (POS) system.
• Communicate effectively with customers about their orders, including any substitutions or exceptions during pick-up.
• Load orders into customers' vehicles, ensuring an excellent and speedy service.
• Maintain a clean and organized staging area and ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Follow all safety and food handling guidelines as per local and federal regulations.
• Assist new team members in their training and help create a positive work environment.
• Actively engage with customers and provide assistance to individuals with special needs and older adults.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes challenging environment.

Minimum Position Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Experience

• Previous experience as a personal shopper, cashier, or within a production-oriented environment.
