Digital Content & Website Coordinator

Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content & Website Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong videography and content creation skills, as well as a sharp eye for product presentation and digital organization. A passion for watches, storytelling through short-form video, and website management is key.
Key Responsibilities
Videography & Content Creation
- Take the lead on all preowned timepiece videography, including daily filming and editing of short-form content (for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Assist in broader content creation, including on-location and in-store shoots
- Edit engaging videos optimized for social media and web platforms
- Capture high-quality product photography for use on the website and digital channels
E-Commerce & Website Management
- Upload and manage product listings on the website (new arrivals, preowned watches, etc.)
- Write and input product descriptions, pricing, and specs with accuracy and consistency
- Ensure all products are represented with high-quality images and compelling visuals
- Regularly audit website product listings for accuracy and presentation
Digital Platform Oversight
- Manage and update Google My Business listings, ensuring accuracy across all store locations
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions on GMB and related platforms
- Support digital housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and consistent online presence
Lead Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and track incoming phone leads related to marketing campaigns
- Assist in tracking online leads and engagement from the website and digital touchpoints
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in videography, content creation, or digital marketing
- Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment
- Knowledge of watches or jewelry is a bonus, but not required
