Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content & Website Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong videography and content creation skills, as well as a sharp eye for product presentation and digital organization. A passion for watches, storytelling through short-form video, and website management is key.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Content Creation

  • Take the lead on all preowned timepiece videography, including daily filming and editing of short-form content (for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Assist in broader content creation, including on-location and in-store shoots
  • Edit engaging videos optimized for social media and web platforms
  • Capture high-quality product photography for use on the website and digital channels

E-Commerce & Website Management

  • Upload and manage product listings on the website (new arrivals, preowned watches, etc.)
  • Write and input product descriptions, pricing, and specs with accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure all products are represented with high-quality images and compelling visuals
  • Regularly audit website product listings for accuracy and presentation

Digital Platform Oversight

  • Manage and update Google My Business listings, ensuring accuracy across all store locations
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions on GMB and related platforms
  • Support digital housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and consistent online presence

Lead Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and track incoming phone leads related to marketing campaigns
  • Assist in tracking online leads and engagement from the website and digital touchpoints

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in videography, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut)
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment
  • Knowledge of watches or jewelry is a bonus, but not required
