Responsibilities
Proven experience in email and lifecycle marketing within an ecommerce or growth-focused environment using Klayvio.
Strong expertise in CRM strategy, customer segmentation, and persona development.
Hands-on experience with email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
Ability to design and QA high-performing email templates, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Figma.
Experience building, executing, and maintaining email campaigns and automated flows, from concept through deployment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver performance reporting, dashboards, and insights across campaigns, automations, and lifecycle programs.
Proficiency in analyzing metrics such as deliverability, open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue attribution, and retention.
Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and leadership reporting.
Experience running A/B tests and using results to inform creative, segmentation, and send-time strategies.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, email analytics tools, and attribution frameworks.
Experience with SQL or querying customer data is a plus.
Strong collaboration skills with experience working across creative, ecommerce, paid media, and leadership teams.
Solid understanding of CAN-SPAM compliance and email marketing best practices.
Requirements

Strong understanding of customer segmentation techniques for targeted messaging.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms, such as Klayvio.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and workflows.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling subject lines and content that drive action.
Ability to perform A/B testing effectively to optimize campaign results.
Understanding of e-commerce environments and how email marketing supports online sales growth.
