The salary range for this position starts at $150,000 - $200,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process.

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Product Owner Ecommerce leader to join a dynamic team.
The Position
You will be responsible for defining, driving, and executing Ivoclar’s Ecommerce strategy. This role ensures that Ivoclar offers a state-of-the-art digital commerce solution supporting the markets in delivering measurable business growth both in direct and indirect business models. Providing excellent customer experience, enabling global product information & availability and integrates seamlessly into the MyIvoclar ecosystem. The Digital Product Owner Ecommerce balances global consistency with local relevance, ensuring Ecommerce becomes a growth engine, aligned with Ivoclar’s Sales strategy and market ambitions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategy & Ownership
- Owns the Ecommerce vision, strategy, and roadmap, in alignment with Ivoclar’s Sales strategy.
- Defines business KPIs for revenue growth, conversion, customer adoption, customer lifetime value, and engagement.
- Ensures state-of-the-art Ecommerce capabilities, including personalization, omnichannel integration, mobile-first design, and seamless checkout/payment processes.
- Benchmarks against industry leaders to ensure Ivoclar remains competitive and innovative.
Execution & Lifecycle Management
- Manages the full lifecycle of Ivoclar’s Ecommerce platform(s): planning, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Prioritizes market business requirements and oversees development of new features and in collaboration with IT and Digital Excellence.
- Ensures scalability, security, compliance, and alignment with global data and IT standards.
- Ensures integration with other MyIvoclar touchpoints (Dealer Portal, Academy) to create an end-to-end customer experience.
- Works in close alignment with other Domain DPOs (e.g., Dealer Portal, Invoice Scanning, Academy) to guarantee that Ecommerce solutions provide cross-functional value rather than isolated capabilities.
- Represents the Ecommerce domain in agile delivery ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint reviews) and in MyIvoclar governance forums (steering committees, roadmap alignment).
- Establishes robust monitoring and reporting of platform performance (traffic, conversion, churn, etc.).
Collaboration & Alignment
- Reports directly to Chief Commercial Officer NA, with business accountability for.
- Works closely with Global DPO of MyIvoclar, ensuring alignment and integration into the MyIvoclar World ecosystem.
- Works closely with GPOs to ensure underlying processes (order-to-cash, pricing, logistics, CRM integration, etc.) Support Ecommerce excellence.
- Partners with Marketing, Customer Care, Partner Service and local Sales organizations to ensure consistent customer journeys and adoption across all markets.
- Manages relationships with technology partners, agencies, and vendors for Ecommerce solutions.
Change & Adoption
- Drives global adoption of the Ecommerce platform, supporting local markets with training, best practices, and change management.
- Acts as a visible sponsor of digital adoption, leading by example within the commercial organization. Partners with the Change Management Team to ensure training, communication, and best practices are delivered locally.
- Ensures Ecommerce becomes an integrated choice for customers, driving digital sales growth.
- Collects user feedback, market insights, and customer data to continuously enhance the digital shopping experience.
Your Qualifications
- Deep experience in international Ecommerce strategy, operations, and platforms (B2B and/or B2C).
- Strong knowledge of global digital sales channels, customer experience design, and omnichannel integration.
- Proven track record in driving digital revenue growth.
- Business acumen with strong focus on customer needs and market trends.
- Skilled in stakeholder management in a global, matrixed organization.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into business improvements.
- Strong understanding of underlying sales and logistics processes (order-to-cash, CRM, ERP integration).
- Visionary yet pragmatic, balancing innovation with execution discipline.
