Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive AI & E-commerce Growth Specialist to drive the practical adoption of AI tools across our daily business operations in North America.

This role focuses on using AI to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management. E-commerce and digital marketing are key application areas, but the core responsibility is enabling teams to work smarter through AI-supported workflows, automation, and data insights.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with strong exposure to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

AI Application & Business Enablement

• Identify opportunities to apply AI tools in daily office operations to improve productivity and efficiency
• Design and implement AI-supported workflows for: Reporting and data analysis； Sales and operational tracking; Documentation, communication, and content generation
• Apply AI to support decision-making through better data visualization, insights, and summaries
• Research, evaluate, and recommend AI tools and platforms suitable for business, marketing, and operations use
• Establish internal guidelines and best practices for effective and responsible AI usage
• Support internal teams with AI adoption, training, and continuous improvement

E-commerce & Digital Growth

• Support e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives through AI-enabled tools and analysis
• Assist with online promotion, product content optimization, and campaign performance tracking
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support online growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience using AI tools in daily business or operational environments
• Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into practical, real-world business improvements
• Experience in business operations, analytics, marketing operations, or digital environments is preferred
• Comfortable working across multiple functions and independently managing priorities
• Experience with e-commerce or digital marketing is an asset
• Familiarity with Canadian and/or U.S. business environments is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
