We’re looking for an SEO & Ecommerce Coordinator to support day-to-day SEO execution and ecommerce operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their SEO or digital commerce career who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to complex, real-world SEO challenges in a regulated ecommerce environment.
Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you’ll focus on implementation, optimization, and execution. SEO strategy, roadmap planning, and technical architecture are led by the Ecommerce Manager.
What You’ll Do
Support SEO Execution & Optimization
- Execute on-page SEO updates (metadata, headings, internal linking, content formatting)
- Assist with SEO audits by running tools (Screaming Frog, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush) and documenting findings
- Monitor Google Search Console for errors, indexing issues, and performance changes
- Help maintain and optimize multi-location Google Business Profiles (posts, photos, hours, services)
- Support local SEO initiatives, including citation updates and location page content updates
- Implement SEO recommendations provided by the Ecommerce Manager or external partners
Content & Website Support
- Upload and format blog posts, landing pages, and educational content
- Refresh and optimize existing content for search performance
- Assist with internal linking and site structure updates
- Ensure content aligns with brand and regulatory requirements
Ecommerce & Campaign Support
- Assist with promotion setup, landing pages, and campaign launches
- Support merchandising updates, banners, and site content changes
- QA pages and links to ensure campaigns go live smoothly
- Help coordinate SEO efforts with email, SMS, and paid campaigns
Analytics & Reporting
- Pull weekly and monthly SEO and ecommerce performance reports
- Track keyword rankings, local visibility, and organic traffic trends
- Help maintain GA4 dashboards and basic reporting views
- Monitor competitor activity and flag notable changes
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO, ecommerce, or digital marketing
- Foundational understanding of on-page SEO and local SEO concepts
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar)
- Basic experience with GA4 and Google Search Console
- Comfort working in CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to execute tasks efficiently and follow strategic direction
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail, ecommerce, or regulated industries
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Familiarity with cannabis or cannabis-adjacent industries
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
