Junior SEO & Ads Specialist

Insert Marketing is a digital marketing consultancy working with businesses across hospitality, health, e-commerce, and retail. We’re seeking a Junior SEO & Ads Specialist to support our SEO and ad campaign efforts. Responsibilities

• On-page SEO optimization and keyword targeting
• Support Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
• Conduct basic technical SEO and site audits
• Set up UTM tracking and help with analytics reporting
• Manage local SEO listings and assist with GMB optimizations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience (agency experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take direction
