ABOUT THE ROLE
As a key member of the Marketing Team, the Digital Marketing Specialist is a results-driven, data-savvy, and strategic thinker who will play a crucial role in driving IHL’s digital presence and online growth.
This role focuses on digital advertising, SEO, website optimization, and campaign management, ensuring IHL maximizes its online visibility and sales opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO strategies, and digital analytics. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives that align with IHL’s business goals.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales.
- Manage PPC and retargeting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Continuously analyze and refine ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies for improved performance.
- Monitor budgets, KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversion rates) and generate performance reports.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Optimize website content, metadata, tags, and internal linking for search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with developers to improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and UX.
Digital Strategy & Content Optimization
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Oversee website updates and maintenance to ensure an optimized customer journey.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling digital assets for web and social media.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Expert-level experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tracking tools.
- Experience with email marketing, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Graphic design skills, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar software are an asset.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
