As a Creative Ads Strategist, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional creative media for our clients. This role involves researching and engaging with potential content creators while staying current with the dynamic trends on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Your success in this position will depend on your ability to deeply understand each client's brand, values, and customer profiles. This insight will enable you to craft comprehensive script briefs that align with brand guidelines and outline detailed video concepts for creative campaigns.

You will also be responsible for connecting with and organizing content creators to form a strong team for each project. Ensuring quality control on the content delivered to us is essential, and your keen eye will ensure that all submissions meet our guidelines.

Mission Statement

Your mission as a Creative Ads Strategist is to provide only the highest quality creative advertisements to our clients. This will require a thorough understanding of each client’s unique needs, messaging, and brand identity, along with an ongoing awareness of the latest trends.

In this role, you will select and work closely with content creators of your choosing, conducting research and outreach, and maintaining communication throughout the project. You may occasionally interface directly with clients.

General Responsibilities

  • Strategizing and crafting script briefs tailored to current TikTok and Instagram trends.
  • Preparing comprehensive script briefs for content creators, including B-roll footage requirements.
  • Researching and identifying content creators suited to meet each brand's Customer Avatar objectives for testing concepts.
  • Engaging with potential content creators to discuss project scope and expectations.
  • Ensuring the quality and effectiveness of Video Ad variations.
  • Selecting and coordinating with content creators for each project.
  • Conducting quality assurance on content received from creators.
  • Providing constructive feedback on content submissions.
  • Staying informed about evolving TikTok and Reels trends.
  • Assisting with additional tasks as needed by the Product Manager.

Position Specs

  • This is a full-time role requiring commitment to general office hours.
  • Contractor status will be conferred upon signing our non-disclosure agreement.
  • An exclusivity agreement is required, preventing work in similar positions during your time with us.
  • A 30-day notice period is expected after the first month of employment.
