Position: Social Media & Guest Experience Coordinator.

Location: Austin Executive Airport | Part-Time, Dynamic Schedule

What We’re Looking For - We’re hiring a sharp, creative, and hands-on individual who can own our social media presence and contribute to the day-to-day guest experience. You’ll manage our online voice, create engaging content, and support flight operations on-site.

This is a part-time role with a flexible but consistent schedule:

  • On-site hours: Primarily Thursday–Sunday.
  • Remote duties (social, email, phone): Light responsibilities expected throughout the week

Core Responsibilities

  • Respond to emails and phone inquiries, help book tours and services, and support client communication.
  • Receive job requests from our clients and work with our team to build the flight into the schedule.
  • Assist with general operational needs at the airport.
  • Greet, load, and unload passengers at the heliport.
  • Run and grow our Instagram and TikTok accounts — post stories, reels, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Take and organize media content of our customers before and after flights.
  • Engage with followers, answer DMs, and help grow local reach through collaborations and timely posts.
  • Be comfortable receiving training in safe firearm handling for onboard experiences (no prior experience required).
  • Film, edit, and publish short-form videos using trending formats and styles.

What You Bring

  • Experience in an office administration role, working email and phone correspondence, as well as managing schedules.
  • Prior experience running social media for a brand or personal project.
  • Ability to shoot and edit high-quality vertical video content using apps like CapCut, InShot, or similar.
  • Friendly and confident communicator — in person, on the phone, and online.
  • Interest in aviation, tourism, or adventure industries is a plus.
  • Comfortable with firearms training and open to a unique aviation environment.
  • Must have dependable transportation to Austin Executive Airport.
