Job Responsibilities
E-commerce Platform Management
- Manage and optimize Shopify, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers
- Maintain and update product listings, ensuring real-time inventory accuracy and engaging, accurate product descriptions
- Download and organize order and customer data to support order processing and marketing analysis
- Analyze e-commerce backend data to identify trends and customer behaviors, providing insights for platform optimization
- Assist in planning and executing free shipping, discount promotions, and other marketing activities to drive conversions
Marketing & Brand Development
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and retain existing ones
- Develop and implement omnichannel strategies across SEO, PPC advertising, social media, and email marketing
- Apply UX/UI best practices to enhance on-site user experience and improve conversion rates
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, adjusting strategies in real time to maximize ROI
Social Media Content & Operations
- Plan and publish weekly content on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), and Facebook
- Independently create simple photos or videos with a creative touch; enjoy content creation and visual storytelling
- Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, or InShot to produce engaging and visually consistent social media content
- Track key social metrics such as follower growth, engagement rate, and traffic performance, and optimize content accordingly
Customer Insight & Tech Innovation
- Analyze customer data to understand purchasing behavior and preferences, providing input for personalized marketing strategies
- Research and apply innovative technologies (e.g., AI tools) to improve the online shopping experience and demonstrate multi-scenario product applications
Job Requirement
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
· At least 1 years of experience in e-commerce and marketing within the North American market.
· Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in social media content creation or management.
· Strong understanding of Amazon FBA and e-commerce backend systems.
· Experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar CRM platforms, along with a solid grasp of SEO strategies.
· Expertise in Web Analytics, Social Media Strategy, PPC (Pay-Per-Click)_ Marketing, and SEO Copywriting.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
· Experience with in-depth data analysis and regular reporting on e-commerce performance.
· Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive e-commerce growth and brand visibility.
· Familiarity with programming languages is a plus.
· Familiarity with AI generation is a plus.
· Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
