E-Commerce Operations Manager

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Manager to own and run the day-to-day commercial and operational backbone of a scaling DTC brand across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for ensuring that stores, listings, inventory, offers, and fulfillment run smoothly so the business can sell every day without operational friction.

You will collaborate with founders and growth teams when operational constraints impact campaigns, but your focus is on operations, reliability, and systems, not creative direction or media buying. This is a full-time, fully remote role.

Your Duties

As an E-Commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Owning and managing day-to-day operations across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and related sales channels.
• Ensuring stores, listings, offers, bundles, and promotions are live, accurate, and up to date across all platforms.
• Managing inventory and stock levels, including forecasting, reorders, and preventing stockouts or overselling.
• Coordinating fulfillment and logistics (FBA, 3PLs, shipping workflows) and resolving operational issues quickly.
• Monitoring operational health, including platform issues, listing errors, payout or payment disruptions, and fulfillment bottlenecks.
• Acting as the central operational owner, ensuring nothing breaks silently or gets stuck.
• Communicating operational constraints clearly to founders and growth teams (e.g. low stock, paused SKUs, delayed fulfillment).
• Improving, documenting, and scaling operational processes over time.
• Proactively identifying bottlenecks and broken workflows and fixing them using systems, automation, AI tools, and external support where needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or hands-on DTC execution roles.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, offers/bundles, and fulfillment coordination.
• Experience building, improving, or automating operational systems.
• Highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable owning operational details end-to-end.
• Ability to work independently, spot issues early, and resolve them without constant escalation.
