The CRM Intern will support the CRM team in tracking, organizing, and analyzing FENDI’s client data to help inform client strategy and CRM initiatives across the Americas. This role will focus on working with client data across different stages of the customer lifecycle to support reporting, segmentation, and performance analysis related to client engagement and sales activity.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of client segmentation and reporting files
- Display strong analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and relevance
- Participating in one or more innovation-driven CRM projects aimed at improving client experience
- Participating in one or more innovation-driven CRM projects aimed at improving advisor engagement.
- Supporting the accuracy and organization of the FENDI Americas client database by identifying key data points, validating information, and assisting with data cleanup and filtering.
- Assisting in the creation of CRM performance reports by store and by Client Advisor.
- Supporting basic segmentation and analysis initiatives using Excel or similar tools.
- Assisting with ad-hoc analytical requests from CRM and store teams as needed.
- Demonstrate curiosity about how data supports client strategy, retail performance, and marketing initiatives.
- Display strong mathematics skills, data analytics, economics, and marketing analytics skills.
Additional information:
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday: 9-6pm
- Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical Skills
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
