Social Media Community Manager
Executive Mosaic, a leading GovCon media and events company, is looking for an experienced social media community manager.
You will be responsible for building, nurturing, and engaging with our brand’s online community across various social media platforms with the goal of driving more followers, engagement, and event registrations.
Job Requirements
- Must have 5 years of social media experience with a GovCon or federal agency
- Must have experience with LinkedIn
- Managing Quora and/or Reddit is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with solid knowledge of marketing principles
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in social media management, including content strategy, community management, and paid social media
- Must have experience building a LinkedIn community
- A good understanding of SEO, keyword research, and GA4 is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn new things and take on new challenges
- Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.

- AHREFS
- Canva
- Facebook Analytics
- GA4
- Google Trends
- Google Workspace
- Hootsuite
- LinkedIn Analytics
Responsibilities
- Thoughtfully analyze metrics to refine strategies and measure outcomes.
- Develop a weekly and monthly content calendar with a focus on engaging followers and driving conversions for specific campaign goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish daily content to engage audiences and meet monthly goals.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Participate in events to generate video content that’s distributed to our social media outlets.
- Stay up to date with current technology and social media trends to adjust content for maximum engagement and conversions.
- Able to record and publish video content to social media outlets.
- Able to engage in meaningful conversations with our audiences on relevant topics in the GovCon industry.
