Senior Ecommerce Manager, Beauty & Cosmetics
Executive AllianceExecutive Alliance is pleased to represent our client who are a leading manufacturer and global distributor of beauty and personal care wellness products. They are headquartered in Nassau County, Long Island, New York.
They are seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead end-to-end business planning, performance management, and global expansion initiatives for their corporate and online business unit's eCommerce organization.
This role owns business planning across the company's two DTC platforms and Amazon marketplaces, with a strong focus on scaling from Amazon US into international markets including EU, AU, and IN.
The role serves as a central coordinator across strategy, operations, finance, marketing, and regional stakeholders to ensure disciplined planning and scalable execution.
NOTE: This role is four (4) days per week at the company's 250,000 square foot state-of-the-art headquarters in Port Washington, Long Island, New York with one (1) day remote.
Their HQ features a fitness center, free lunch and dinner served in their cafeteria to all employees, a free transportation shuttle transporting employees between the HQ campus and the Port Washington Long Island Rail Road Station and the company's Product Development Center.

Key Responsibilities
Business Planning & Strategy
· Lead annual and quarterly business planning for global eCommerce (Budget, Targets, Forecasts)
· Own topline, margin, and investment planning across:
o DTC platforms (corporate & Ecommerce Business Unit)
o Amazon US and international marketplaces (EU, AU, IN, etc.)
· Translate corporate and divisional strategy into executable global eCommerce plans
P&L & Performance Management
· Own global eCommerce P&L tracking and performance reviews
· Identify risks and opportunities across regions, channels, and marketplaces
· Partner closely with Finance, CMI, and Operations to drive data-based decisions
Global Platform Expansion & Coordination
· Coordinate global expansion of Amazon marketplaces beyond the US
· Support market entry planning (assortment, pricing, cost structure, advertising, compliance)
· Act as a central point of coordination between HQ teams and regional/internal stakeholders
· Ensure global consistency while allowing for local market considerations
Cross-functional Leadership
· Drive alignment across Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and external partners
· Lead regular business reviews and executive-level updates
· Serve as a decision-making partner for leadership on global eCommerce initiatives
Process & Governance
· Establish scalable planning, reporting, and governance processes
· Ensure disciplined execution against timelines, budgets, and commitments
· Improve visibility and accountability across global eCommerce initiatives
Qualifications
· 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, business planning, or commercial strategy
· Strong hands-on experience with Amazon (1P preferred) and DTC business models
· Proven experience owning or managing P&L
· Experience supporting or leading international eCommerce expansion
· Strong analytical and financial acumen
· Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Preferred
· Experience in beauty, CPG, or consumer brands
· Experience working with Amazon international marketplaces (EU, AU, IN, etc.)
· Experience in matrix or multi-brand organizations
· Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills; BI tools a plus
