We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales channels and optimize our digital presence. The ideal candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and management of our e-commerce strategies, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers across various platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for digital marketing, product management, and customer engagement. The E-Commerce Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall online performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales and market share across all online platforms.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content updates.
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and implement digital campaigns, SEO initiatives, email marketing, and social media promotions.
- Oversee inventory management in collaboration with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments and incorporate best practices.
- Lead efforts to improve user experience, including website navigation, checkout process, and mobile responsiveness.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors or platform providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance metrics for senior management.
Experience
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Experience analyzing web analytics tools like Google Analytics to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns effectively.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply chain processes is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments effectively.
