Embracing Life Wellness Center is a growing outpatient psychiatric practice seeking a Part-Time Digital Marketing & Brand Coordinator to support our multi-location practice, including our expanding Miami office.

Embracing Life Wellness Center is led by a Board-Certified Child & Adult Psychiatrist and specializes in compassionate, evidence-based mental health care, including medication management and NeuroStar Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing & Brand Coordinator will support and manage day-to-day digital marketing efforts across social media, Google platforms, email marketing, website content, and paid advertising coordination.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple channels while collaborating closely with leadership.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Part-Time (hours based on availability and business needs)
  • Hybrid role: Combination of remote work and in-office time at our Miami location
  • Some flexibility required for meetings, content planning, or on-site needs

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media

  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging
  • Coordinate content calendars and seasonal campaigns

Google & Online Presence

  • Manage and update Google Business Profiles for multiple locations
  • Support Google Ads campaigns (coordination, monitoring, optimization support)
  • Assist with review generation and reputation management

Website & Content

  • Update and maintain website content (blogs, landing pages, basic edits)
  • Assist with SEO-friendly blog content and basic keyword optimization
  • Coordinate updates with leadership and external vendors as needed

Email Marketing

  • Create and manage email campaigns via Constant Contact
  • Maintain mailing lists and track basic performance metrics

Reporting & Coordination

  • Track performance metrics across platforms and provide basic reporting
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategy, promotions, and growth initiatives
  • Serve as a point of contact for any external marketing vendors, if applicable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field OR equivalent certifications/portfolio experience
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand coordination
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta, Constant Contact, and website CMS tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Experience in healthcare or professional services is a plus, but not required
