Content Coordinator - E-Commerce Focused (3-6 Month Part-Time Contract)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Part-Time Contract Content Coordinator (eCommerce Focused) to join our Digital team at Elte. This role is based in-office three days per week and plays a key role in ensuring our online product content is accurate, complete, and launch-ready.

You’ll work closely with our Buying, Creative, and Digital teams to support product setup, imagery coordination, and quality control across our eCommerce platform. This is a detail-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys organization, follow-through, and seeing products come to life online in a polished, customer-ready way.

This is a newly created role within the Digital team.

What You Will Do

Product Setup & Data Management

• Ensure products are accurately uploaded and maintained on the website
• Confirm product titles, descriptions, pricing, variants, SKUs, and attributes are complete and correct
• Maintain consistent and accurate product data across systems (Shopify and internal trackers)
• Regularly audit product pages to identify missing or incorrect information

Imagery & Content Coordination

• Track product photography status, including vendor imagery and in-house shoots
• Ensure images are correctly named, formatted, cropped, and uploaded according to standards
• Flag missing, outdated, or low-quality imagery and coordinate next steps with Creative or Photography teams
• Ensure product descriptions align with Elte’s brand tone and merchandising direction

Cross-Team Coordination

• Work closely with Buying, Creative, and Digital teams to keep products moving toward launch
• Follow up on open items and outstanding deliverables
• Maintain clear tracking of what is live, pending, or blocked

Quality Control & Launch Readiness

• Perform final quality assurance checks before products go live
• Ensure PDPs (Product Detail Pages) are complete, accurate, and customer-ready
• Support seasonal launches, promotions, and collection drops

Who You Are

• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
• Confident managing multiple products, deadlines, and priorities at once
• Proactive, self-starting, and comfortable collaborating across teams
• Strong written communication skills

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an eCommerce, digital content, or product-focused role
• Experience working with Shopify (required)
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Interest in retail, design, or home furnishings is a plus
• Education is not required — self-taught experience is welcome

• Products launch on time and fully complete
• Minimal missing imagery or product data
• Clean, accurate, and consistent product pages across the site
• Clear visibility into what’s live, pending, and blocked

Hours of Work

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• In-office presence required three days per week

• Hourly pay range: $20–$23/hour
