Our global technology company is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a CRM focus to support an integrated marketing team for a global technology leader. This role oversees end-to-end project management of CRM campaign activities, partnering closely with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and developers to ensure timely and accurate execution. This is not an email deployment role; it is a strategic and operational CRM program management position.
The Basics
Duration: 6 months with likely extension
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Onsite, 5 days per week, in Northern NJ (nonnegotiable)
Top 3 Required Qualifications
Proven experience applying CRM strategy, segmentation approaches, lifecycle marketing methods, and performance optimization within a large or highly matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage creative and production agencies, provide clear briefs, give actionable feedback, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Strong experience coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders, securing approvals, aligning on processes, and ensuring smooth workflow from briefing to launch.
Other Qualifications
3+ years of email or CRM marketing experience within a complex or matrixed environment
Proficiency with tools similar to JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Campaign Manager, or other data and audience management platforms
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret reports, evaluate campaign performance, and synthesize insights
Knowledge of Figma, Movable Ink, or Smartsheets is a bonus
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day CRM communications, campaign workflows, and execution across multiple product categories
Write creative briefs, gather required assets and approvals, and coordinate with agency partners on creative development
Manage development and deployment activities through JIRA tickets, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and on-time delivery
Analyze post-campaign results and provide insights and recommendations
Align CRM creative across teams to ensure consistent, consumer-centric content that supports traffic, conversion, and overall business goals
Partner with corporate marketing teams and adhere to governance processes to secure prioritization and fair share of voice within the email channel
Identify opportunities for process improvements and offer forward-thinking solutions
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
