About the Role

We are looking for a Vice President of Digital Growth and Performance Marketing to play a crucial role in our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy focused on driving enrollment growth, revenue sustainability, and key performance targets. Your responsibilities will include leading efforts in acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and retention across diverse channels while overseeing a substantial digital marketing budget.

This position requires a seasoned growth marketer with at least 12 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar leadership role, especially in organizations with a strong emphasis on scaling enrollment. You should possess deep knowledge in areas such as paid media, organic growth, lifecycle marketing, and actionable attribution metrics. We seek someone who is highly analytical, hands-on, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
