About the Role

We are on the lookout for a forward-thinking and strategic Digital Marketing Leadership Associate Vice President who can lead the charge in crafting and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies across multiple channels and platforms. In this crucial role, you will manage the execution of tactics such as email marketing, paid search, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and website optimization. A key part of this role will involve mentoring a talented team and directing our HubSpot strategy, focusing on automation, campaign management, and impactful email marketing.

Your responsibilities will also encompass enhancing our website to improve user experience, analyzing performance metrics, and providing critical insights for continued growth. We encourage candidates with a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in digital marketing and growth strategy, especially those with a background in B2B, professional services, or nonprofit sectors to apply.

This position calls for a hands-on strategist with deep knowledge in HubSpot, experience with content management systems (such as WordPress), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and PowerBI. The ideal candidate will excel in planning digital channels and be proficient in delivering actionable recommendations based on performance analytics. A Bachelor's degree is necessary for this role.
