Digital Marketing and Sales Manager
ConfidentialWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Sales Manager with proven expertise in both fields. This position centers on lead generation and requires a results-driven professional experienced in navigating current social media challenges. The candidate will be instrumental in diversifying our current offerings. This role is a pivotal part of establishing a marketing department capable of extending our services to external clients.
Oversee social media marketing, graphic design, branding, website management, Google and Meta advertising, email marketing, Google profile management, and comprehensive management across all major platforms.

- Paid advertisement on our platforms. (Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.)
- Manage and use HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Post on all social media platforms and create a calendar for approval before posting.
- Content creation (Jobsite and Team Content)
- Updating all platforms (Content, Company Updates, Brand Uniformity, etc.)
- Responding to social media posts and reviews.
- Branding and graphic design
- Create and send email marketing campaigns and creatives.
- Guerilla marketing
Additionally, there will be required lead generation efforts, management of HubSpot Sales Hub, conduct sales and onboarding calls, and oversee a small sales team.
- Manage and use HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise.
- Conduct sales/onboarding calls.
- Find events and potentially attend events. Maybe also help us run an event.
- Monitor performance across all advertising platforms.
- Act as a sales representative across all potential platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
