We are currently seeking a Senior Lead, Digital Marketing to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, the successful candidate will report into the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and will work within the marketing group on the strategic development and execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives. This includes providing strategic management of and oversight for assigned projects and initiatives related to websites, email marketing campaigns, social media, webinars and other digital initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Receive and review digital marketing requests, validating scope, objectives and business requirements with stakeholders including legal and compliance departments and external vendors.
  • Support email, social media and webinar campaign planning, development and execution, including reviewing content against brand guidelines, industry best practices and evolving A/B testing insights.
  • Regularly monitor website content for accuracy, facilitating update requests to ensure content and resources are kept up to date and compliant with industry regulations and ensure it’s SEO-optimized.
  • Support intranet development, facilitate content updates and drive user experience.
  • Collaborate with various business units in support of all their digital marketing requirements, owning and managing committed deliverables through our workflow platforms.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experiences across all digital channels, personalizing journeys and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve targeted goals.
  • Implement campaign measurement metrics and manage the successful execution of assigned initiatives against key milestones to optimize strategies.
  • Establish relationships with sales, compliance and other key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor co‑op students, ensuring clear task delegation, skill development, and high‑quality execution of deliverables.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing (agency or client side), with a strong focus on integrated campaigns across email, web, social media, and webinars
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading and managing digital marketing initiatives from intake through execution, including scope definition, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
  • Hands‑on experience managing website and intranet content, including content governance, UX considerations, and regulatory compliance
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices, including content strategy, and performance measurement to improve organic visibility and traffic is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and external vendors
  • Experience working within regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, or similar) is an asset
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining campaign KPIs, measuring performance, and using insights to optimize digital strategies
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CMS tools, email marketing systems, and workflow/project management tools is an asset
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Combines marketing rigor with enthusiasm, approaching work with both analytical discipline and a strong passion for digital marketing excellence.

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $95,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
