Senior Global Product Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Global Product Marketing Specialist to drive growth for our Fluid Management portfolio worldwide. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to execute strategic business objectives that foster sustainable growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop expertise across all aspects of the global Fluid Management portfolio.
• Support the product lifecycle management activities including key projects, change processes, and data management.
• Research market trends to inform product/service lifecycle decisions and maintain competitiveness.
• Apply your knowledge of marketing and product management to build effective business, product, and marketing plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sourcing, marketing, customer service, finance, and regulatory teams.
• Create effective communication channels across all stakeholder groups.
• Assist in launching commercial tactics such as developing collateral and enhancing sales/customer communications.
• Lead portfolio management projects, including product labeling and discontinuations.
• Utilize strong financial acumen for effective decision-making in a business environment.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant area.
• A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to contribute and work efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively without compromising quality.
• Strong prioritization skills and flexibility to adjust to business needs.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP, AGILE, and Workfront is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Zoom, Adobe, and Salesforce is ideal.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Availability for one evening call each week.

Anticipated Salary Range: $68,500 - $82,000
