Job Summary
Bondada Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive / Sr. Executive to strengthen its digital presence and brand communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive engagement, visibility, and measurable business outcomes.
This role requires a hands-on professional with strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multi-channel campaigns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Management
Strategize, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve targeting, creatives, and budget allocation.
Conduct ROI analysis and performance benchmarking for all digital campaigns.
- Social Media Management
Manage and grow official handles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
Develop engaging content calendars aligned with PR and branding strategies.
Track engagement metrics and audience growth across platforms.
- WhatsApp & Email Marketing
Plan and execute WhatsApp Broadcast campaigns for targeted communication.
Develop, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns, including content creation and performance analysis.
Maintain clean databases and ensure compliance with communication policies.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
Analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversions, engagement rates, and lead generation metrics.
Maintain campaign data logs and digital content archives for future reference and audit readiness.
- Budget & ROI Management
Track digital marketing budgets and ensure optimal spend utilization.
Conduct cost-per-lead and ROI analysis to improve campaign efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with design, content, and PR teams to create platform-optimized creatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Stay updated on digital trends, platform algorithms, and marketing innovations.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Practical knowledge of WhatsApp Business marketing and email automation tools.
Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, dashboards) and PowerPoint presentations.
Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, digital analytics, campaign targeting, and performance marketing.
Strong content sense and visual communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, platforms, and deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferred).
Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) are an added advantage.
