Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented SEO Coordinator to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with strong quantitative backgrounds who are interested in building a career in search engine optimization and organic growth.

You will work closely with our senior SEO team to analyze data, identify ranking opportunities, optimize website content, and improve overall organic performance across multiple Bloomex brands. This role plays an important part in driving revenue growth through search visibility in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Training will be provided. We are looking for intelligence, work ethic, and analytical ability above all else.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy Support:

Assist in executing SEO strategies that align with overall marketing and revenue goals across Bloomex brands.

  • Keyword Research & Search Intent Analysis:

Conduct detailed keyword research and analyze search intent to identify opportunities for ranking improvements and new content creation.

  • Technical SEO Monitoring:

Work with internal teams to identify technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, indexing problems, site speed concerns, and structured data improvements.

  • On-Page Optimization:

Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking structures, and content elements to improve rankings and click-through rates.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and conversion performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms. Prepare clear performance reports with insights and recommendations.

  • Competitor Analysis:

Analyze competitor websites to identify ranking gaps, backlink opportunities, and content strategies.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Stay current on SEO best practices, Google algorithm updates, and emerging search trends to ensure Bloomex maintains competitive positioning.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Data Analysis, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Attention to detail and precision in working with data and numbers.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and paid advertising (training provided).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated on digital advertising trends.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
