Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hagersville,Ontario, for an Ecommerce Manager. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee digital sales and marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence and revenue. Responsibilities include managing online sales platforms, analyzing sales metrics, optimizing user experience, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations. The role also involves monitoring competitors, implementing marketing campaigns, and maintaining an updated product catalog on e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong E-Commerce and Marketing skills, with experience managing digital sales platforms and campaigns.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate sales metrics, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present insights clearly.
• Sales knowledge and techniques, preferably with experience in driving revenue growth through online channels.
• Proficiency in relevant e-commerce tools and platforms, with a focus on optimizing user experiences and conversion rates.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to adapt, multitask, and work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment.
• Previous experience in retail or e-commerce industries is an asset.
