Go-to-Market Operations Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a Go-to-Market Operations Specialist for a 6-month contract (possible extension) opportunity with a client in Westminster, CO or Lake Oswego, OR – Hybrid. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience in Salesforce, content management systems, and cross-functional collaboration to support go-to-market strategies.

Rate Range: $25/hour to $28/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Go-to-Market Operations Specialist job responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate SKU requests by collaborating with product marketing and submitting setup forms.
  • Monitor and manage SKU creation requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress.
  • Set up and remove pricing, promotional codes, and discount schedules in Salesforce.
  • Execute test orders and validate data accuracy across downstream systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SKU-related issues and data inconsistencies.
  • Maintain product content in the Contentful CMS, including names, descriptions, and details.
  • Provide support for store-related issues and requests.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems efficiently.
  • Self-Starter & Adaptable: Proactive in organizing your work, capable of managing multiple priorities, and flexible in adapting to changing requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse global teams.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales support experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
